The new Nexus Series: Everything you need to know
Earlier we had posted about the Google Event 2015 which was held 29th September 2015. As expected the two new Nexus series were introduced along with many delicious treats.
Google Event 2015, was held yesterday; i.e 29th September 2015. As expected from the rumors and leaks, two new Nexus series were officially announced. ( Nexus 6P and Nexus 5X). Apart from the Nexus Series there were many other fascinating announcement made by Google. But the most awaited was about the new Nexus Series. Below we have given a detailed report on specification of new Nexus Series: 5X and 6P.
Nexus 6P : High-end smart phone from Google.
According to Google, its the “most premium phone yet” with some amazing and much needed hardware upgrades. This new Nexus 6P as expected will be made by Chinese company, Huawei.
The new Nexus 6P will boast a stunning 5.7″ display (WQHD AMOLED display), and it’s much slimmer(7.3mm). Nexus 6P is the very first among series to have a full metal body. Nexus 6P also has a finger print sensor on back, which can be used to authorize payments through Android Pay or in the Play Store.
The most stunning feature is the camera, Nexus 6P is loaded with 12.3-megapixel Sony sensor; Camera is capable of taking slow-motion video, 4K video, and burst mode for photos. Yes, for selfie lovers Nexus 6P offers and 8MP front Camera. The phone has a Snapdragon 810 processor and 3GB of RAM. It also includes a large 3450mAh battery.
After all this magnetic news, the very first though strike our mind is the pricing. Nexus 6P comes in different variants: Pricing starts at $499 for a 32GB model, and rises up to $549 for a 64GB model and $649 for a 128GB model. It’ll be available in white, silver, and black. There is no official announcement on availability part, but we can assume the shipments by end of October.

Nexus 5X: A little cheaper compared to Nexus 6P
In the Google Event 2015, the new Nexus 5X was officially announced. This new flagship model from Google is made by LG, which was already expected from the leaks and rumors.
